Not exactly, because the steps can vary based on the systems involved. Those you would most likely use Reflect's File And Folder backups capability, although you can accomplish the same thing with a little more work via an image backup. The method I mentioned above for copying certain files means you can copy over things like Documents, entries in your Start Menu and on your Desktop, Office documents, text files, pictures, movies, audio files, and other types of user data files. And, attempting to copy over program files from one setup to another will usually result in those programs not working. Most program settings nowadays are stored in the Registry, which can't simply be restored by copying over files. Now, you can backup your Windows 10 laptop with Reflect and restore certain files from it to your Windows 11 laptop, but you cannot restore programs and program settings by simply copying over program files. If that's what you wanted to achieve and not use Windows 11 on the target laptop, then, yes, Reflect can do what you ask. While you can most likely move your Windows 10 setup to a Windows 11 laptop with Reflect, it won't have Windows 11 on it as the restore of the Windows 10 setup on the Windows 11 laptop with Reflect will replace Windows 11 with Windows 10. I think you may have a misconception about what Reflect is capable of.
